Album Description:
Friday is my day off and today I drove out to Otago Peninsula, about 15 minutes from my home to find some wildlife to photograph. The peninsula has dozens of beaches and is home to penguins, seals, albatrosses and many other types of creature.

My dear Kelvin, small but very beautiful album, you are very talented and I thank so much to Shirley for giving me your WS adress! I saw you have many other beautiful pictures, I'll comeback here when I have more time to see them. Have a nice Sunday afternoon, best wishes from Rome, Corina

Hey Kevin. Thanks for visiting my 'Sea Lion Life' collection. I just had to come see yours and it was very entertaining. I enjoyed your captions very much. My shots are of Steller (or northern) Sea Lions, Eumetopias jubatus. Very interesting to see the differences and similarities between the two species. -DJ

Hello Kelvin - you live in a beautiful place - even if it does rain a bit and gets a little chilly 'sometimes'. My youngest son has adopted the South Island of NZ as home and I visited him last year - Thanks for sharing your walk and the wildlife which I would otherwise never get to see except in a zoo - and also for your comment on my other son's photos of the Austins - I wish you and your family a wnderful week - Connie

G'day mate and what an interesting walk this was. You have proved to all and sundry that we don't always need bright sunshine in order to capture arresting images - providing we have the necessary ability to present our work in the right way. You certainly do have that ability and I salute you. This has been an enjoyable start to MY day too! Regards, Peter

Hello Kelvin! You are so fortunate to live so close to this beautiful peninsula with the opportunity to see and experience the Sea Lions and other wildlife!! How marvelous it would be! And you were gifted with a spectacular sky!! The images are wonderful, it is a beautiful beach... with no one else around it seems so remote and peaceful! I am happy you enjoyed your quiet solitude and communion with nature this morning! Sharon
