  • Beautiful album, I am a huge fan of terrestrial orchids. We have some similar in California, but many of these are new to me. Can't believe I didn't see this album earlier. I like the few scenaries thrown in too. Nice to see the environment these grow in

  • Hi Jill. Superb album. It's always so educational to visit your photos. Besides the fact they are always of excellent quality, you always provide so much information which makes the viewing even more interesting. Sorry to hear you haven't been well. I've been out of touch for a while. Don't know where the summer went... Back at school again now and am rushed off my feet all day long. Never mind. Hope to hear you'll soon be back to feeling well again. Take care. Jayne xx

  • Hi Sweets, I did stop leaving messages,I know you shouldn't be on the computer reading them. I am so happy to read all went well with your surgery and I just stopped to wish you continued speedy recovery! What a nice surprise so, to find this beautiful album of all things, of orchids!?!? In England! Beautiful little treasures! And landscapes which remind me so much of the countryside where I grew up in Germany! Take it easy sweets and let me know how you're progressing at some point :D! Big careful hugs from Texas. Marita

  • Jill, you really are very lucky to live so close to those nature reserves. We are lucky that you kindly take all these beautiful pictures and share them with us. I like wildflowers very much and do not have too many opportunities to see wild orchids in Israel. It seems that in UK there's a much wider variety and also the quantity is much bigger. I enjoyed watching your pictures of these wild orchids and the other wild flowers. I also like the rest of the pictures, you did a very good job - as always. Thanks for your visit to my first album of Iceland! I had a wonderful time there and was very lucky with the weather. Therefore, I could take many beautiful pictures and will share more albums very soon. I hope you will like them as well. Thanks also for your kind greetings on my featured album! Wishing you a wonderful weekend, Yair.

  • Hi Jill, Th orchids are lovely. How is it that you know so much about them? I have learned more that I ever thought that I would about wild orchids, thanks to your albums. Your pictures are excellent, I love the close-ups. Hugs, Cynthia

  • Jill a superb exposition of UK wild orchids, you deserve a Masters degree in 'wild orchidology'. It must be all the chalk in Kent that makes them grow for you, we have only a few limited chalk sites in Norfolk. I do have a pic of our massed marsh helliborines that I will upload next time I add to the wild about west norfolk album. Good to see you back uploading photos hope you are keeping well. Eric
