    • Great photos - I wish I'd stumbled on this album a couple of yrs ago when I was commissioned to make a stained-glass stags head. So much nicer to work from live animal shots than the 'trophy' shots I ended up working from.

    • Gorgeous album of amazing deer! They've changed the hunting on our property in the past few years and as a result we are seeing monster racks on the deer. Haven't been online much as computer hard drive finally went. I think whatever happened the last time I emailed you was the start of the end...anyway! have a great day! ~angie

    • Dear Jim: Compliments for these extraordinary pictures - visibly you were really n e a r to the beautiful deers, i.e. worked with a normal focal length. No doubt you have been admitted as a family member! - Thank you also for your kind comment for the well rounded granite! Best wishes for your Challenge contributions - and anyway for the New Year! Kind regards: Kaethi and Henri

    • I enjoyed viewing these beautiful photos. I haven't seen deer in some years now. Here on PEI we don't have deer or any large wildlife. Largest are coyotes or foxes. Thanks for sharing these.

    • My, what nice racks on full bodied deer. I hunted and photographed deer in the Texas hillcountry, they were small and six points were maximum. Too many sheep, goats and exotics. You must have had a good blind and baited them with deer candy to get these shots. Now I confine my self to killing catfish, Ha. Great album. Art sends from Texas.

    • This whole album is wonderful! I wanted to say thanks for your comment on Gunner my Lab I have to agree a Lab is the best dog you can get, loyal, friendly, smart, protective but not over protective they are smart that way. At least Snow my first Lab was he knew when to be protective and when to be just friendly old Snow which was 99.9% of the time. Gunner still has some maturing to do but hes smart I think that will come in time. Ronda
