It doesn't help me any having been in Fairbanks with the temperature below minus forty, I just run out of words to say, and yet to say what a wonderful album, the slide show was thrilling, as I shivered, just isn't enough.I do appreciate your pictures in a most special way. looking at my weather map, it's still special to know someone who lives there. Looks like another great album, Sharon! I love those snow scenes...I was so PO'ed while I was in Ireland...my neighbor kept IM'ming me about all the snow I was missing (4 different storms). I did manage to hit a small storm when I was flying home and we've had 2 more since then. Not bad, considering the lack of snowfall the last few years! Cheers - Rob

I just got back from cleaning up(boy ya'll are messy :D)and returning the magical balloon, paying off captain Fogg and Passpartout. Let me tell you, this was THE most AWESOME trip with the greatest bunch of people. Some trippers like you, Sharon, really got into it, participation was phenomenal! (about 1300 messages altogether). All the comments had me rolling on the floor and put tears into my eyes (from laughing), I've been walking around with the most stupid grin on my face! Thank you, thank you, thank you what a fantastic start to the New Year this was, better than any feature or POTD or whatever, THE BEST! Sharon, you are so fortunate to be 'up there' at this time of year. As a kid, I would always address letters to Santa at the North Pole. Now I can see what it's like. Sure it must be really cold, but magical too. If you find some old letters from the 70's you can keep them!! Warm regards, Steve

My Dear Sharon, What a "COOL" album - I love it! And to think it was 81 degrees here yesterday!
