Intriguing & pleasing images of the icy aftermath. We in Hamilton escaped the ice storm, but got our first substantial snowfall. For imaging purposes, I'm glad the icy coatings held up for you, as you captured them well. Best Wishes, Ron.

Great shots. We had the same weather starting the fist. We still have ice on the trees but it is now under three inches of snow and it is still faling. How about you?

So destructive, yet so beautiful! I am happy to view the ice storm through your lens and not in person. I especially loved the rose hips shots. I am wishing you and Helen very Happy Holidays, and all the very best in the New Year! Cheers, Carole

Hello Walter: Wow, you had a ice storm. Didn't know that as all we have had was a snow storm. Almost 8" in our courtyard. Had to shovel a path to the bird feeders, so I wouldn't get snow in my slippers. LOL Have a great day! Lots of lovely photos! This album really did come out beautifully, Walter! Ice is really pretty on the branches, but it can do so much damage that it scares me when we get into these ice storms. I'd rather have snow than ice! I know that I'm whining, but I keep thinking that Florida would certainly look nice right about now! LOL Hugs, Sharon

You got great captures of the ice. It must have been beautiful when the sun came out, but I keep thinking so sad to see your lovely plants and trees covered with ice. I hope you escape without any permanent damage. We did not get any ice in New Brunswick, just snow. In Fredericton we got about a foot on Monday night.
