Album Description:

A walk on 4 Jan 2008 in snow from my house in St Johns in the Vale up the Fornside "peat track" to Clough Head. Then via White Pike to the Old Coach Road and then back via Bridge House along the floor of the valley

  • Andrew, walking on the coach road was not as easy as I expected. It is very rough underfoot (it is used as a 4x4 trail) and the snow made it impossible to spot the boulders and pot holes! So, every step was an adventure! John
