Album Description:
For my 40th birthday my big brother (the one I borrowed my first camera from :-) gave me a gift I'll never forget: a chance to meet up close with wolves. These four wolves have been bottle fed and are considered to be socialized but not tamed.

Hi Anitha, I loved this album the first time I viewed it, and still do! I left a comment here after viewing it the first time, but maybe I clicked through before it posted? Anyway, congratulations on this featured album, and the featured photograph within! You should get a bigger feature with this amazing album, I hope! Happy to hear all is well in Linkoping! Would like to see more of your beautiful country in the future! It's going to be a fun 12 days in late April, early May! Take care my friend, and say hello to everyone for me! Johnny:)

Fantastic album! I would also received gift like this... It had to be great experience - to touch wolf's furry with hand, to look closely in wolf eyes... I love all animals, but canine animals are my favourites. I'm sure, that you'll never forget this birthday :) Greetings from Poland. Dorota.

A Wonderful album and a great birthday gift. From the images in the album, I would say they are not Grey wolves (the muzzle is too narrow) an suggest that they are some sort of hybrid wolf. Take a trip out to Yellowstone NP and see the grey wolf running free; it is so magnificent and inspiring. Something one never forgets.

This is such a wonderful birthday present and this album is unbelievable. They are proud and beautiful animals. Either the wolves (that you have met) are used to humans or your wolves walker is also a professional wolves talker, who can make himself well understood, so that the wolves know that he is a friend. For me this is so incredible and wonderful. Thanks for sharing this album!

Happy Belated Birthday!!! This is a beautiful album, one you don't get to see to often. Fantastic shots! People have to remember they are not pets. They have over populated out woods up North, and now are killing off livestock. So it you ever come up against one of these don't make any sudden movements. It's still a gorgeous album!!!

Hi Anitha, A belated "Happy birthday" and thank you for sharing these amazing images. The wolves had obviously got used to humans. Are they fed by humans, but allowed to roam free or do they have to fend for themselves? I hope you have a pleasant and relaxing Sunday. Hugs, Kathryn

Dearest Anitha, this is so wonderfully sweet of your brother!! They are so beautiful!! It must have been fantastic for you to see them so closely! Where did you see them? You simply must add canine, wolf, wolves, canis, carnivora, carnivore, pack, predator, etc.... to your tags! As well as what type of wolves they are to help drive traffic to your wonderful images! Are they lupus (gray wolves) or rufus (red wolves)? They are so magnificent! I am going to watch the slideshow now....! How exciting it is! Happy Birthday sweetheart!! These are wonderful photographs of beautiful animals. Thank goodness that the international community has protected the species to ensure their ongoing survival. Up until the 1970's wolves were almost erradicated from the planet. This was a perfect birthday gift for a gifted photographer. Clark from O'ahu.
