A circuit of Bleaberry Fell from Shoulthwaite on the A591. This walk climbs the fell from the East below Goat Crags and returns via Dodd Crags. Both the ascent and descent are unfrequented "Wainwright" routes.

  • I didn't even see anyone else - let alone meet them. However I did see just two sets of footprints on the summit and they had ascended and descended by the route I used in descent as far as the wall near Brock Crags from where I think they had probably headed towards Rakefoot. Hard to be sure as, by then, I was below the snowline. John
