  • Even though we were not related by blood, Olive was like a grandmother to me! She was a woman of great faith, a spirit full of good - through and through. She had a wonderful sense of humor (OH blimie! she used to say with a giggle). Olive loved seagulls. She did not view them as a scavenger like many do. After all, I am sure they didn't have to search for food away from their natural sources when fish in 'their' waters was a plenty. Olive thought gulls were absolutely beautiful. This album is for her. Every time I see a seagull, I too see their beauty, I think of Olive and it makes me smile.
