What a wonderful bundle of joy, creative in spirit as well resourseful in presentation, a marvelous collection of natures colour compliments, can almost hear the Chic-a-dee-dee from here out west. Oh Lois - thank you so much for this beautiful, inspiring Album! And thanks for asking about little Benjie. I'll tell you about it in "messages". You are an inspiration, Lois - your joy brightens the day for everyone you reach out to! I've been swamped with organising the Tai Chi for Health Seminar that was finally held on 29/30th March. It was wonderful, and I'm going to practice Tai Chi regularly to strengthen my muscles, so that my joints will hurt less. My CT Scan showed that mid cervical C3/4 to and including C6/7 disc spaces are obliterated, and there are Osteophytes on the end plates, thus narrowing the spinal canal, so perhaps that's why I find it hard to think, and feel so lousy so often? Pain killers are part of my diet, so I'm counting on Tai Chi (with the healing of Chi) to help me live more comfortably. I'll now be boring everyone with my Tai Chi news, I suppose! hugs, my dear Lois. Margaret.

I envy your warm weather...here (high elevation) we have to wait at least until...JUNE to enjoy similar scenery as you captured and presented to us on your beautiful photos!
