  • Congratulations on receiving the POTD. It is nice to see the birds in their winter costumes. You must have a feeder very close to your window. I have feeders out, but since I am on the 3rd floor of my building, it makes it a little difficult for the birds to get at them. Enjoy the birds. Great shots.

  • I love finches and these shots are wonderful! Our male goldfinches are still turning color but yours are in their full lemon glory. I don't see many purple finches at my feeders these days. So I will share yours instead. Excellent album! ~ Brenda

  • We have the same birds, but I haven't got a shot close to these, our birds are too skittish. You have some super shots, the birds have lots of detail and personality. Hmm, if anyone asks what I want for Mother's Day this year, a 300-500 zoom lens comes to mind....
