Album Description:

This is the Manitoba Prairie Crocus, the floral emblem of our province. It only blooms during a couple weeks in early May. At the end of the album are a few photos of some animals and birds I also saw today.

Do these Prairie crocus appear in blanket type coverage or are they more scattered across the ground? They are very pretty! Nice album!

  • Love your album Vickie, its nice that you can go out and take pictures in the prairie. Might be a few more weeks here before we can do out and do so. But I truely like the pictures of the crocus, they look like glass.Hugs
