So far I have counted 27 different species of birds in my back yard. We now live in a rural area. There are MANY more birds around here than there were when we were in town. I love sitting and watching the birds while slurping on my morning coffee. The

  • Thanks for viewing my "Yard Birds" album, appreciate your interest. I had not counted the species before, so since you mentioned it, I counted the ones I photographed in the yard. I also count birds that FLY over the house and yard if they are directly over our property, the count as of today is 66 species.
