    • Thanks for the memories. My father bought my sister a pet chipmunk when we were kids. His name was Chipper. What is really more memorable for me was the fact that Chipper ended up missing part of his tail. Do you know what happened to Chip's tail? The whole album was totally entertaining.

    • GREAT immages, very pleasefull, i notice 2 thinks: 1. I hate photo mounting (like with flower) but in your case, it is very nicely done. 2. Your photos has very low sharpness-quality, they deserve much better, what equipment you use?

(The only comparable species around these parts is squirrels, which I adore, but it's always a treat for me to see chipmunks, whether live or in photos.)

    • I love chippy's so much. I have been feeding them for 30 years, they eat alot of peanuts! We buy them in 10 pound bags. You don't dare go outside without any, they will literally check your pockets and "scold" you if you don't have any. You will get a kick out of the babies in the spring, they are adorable. I have two babies that's mother was killed, they are ready to join the outside world again (their eyes were still shut when Mom died) I haven't made pets out of them so they will have no problem going back outside again.
