Album Description:
Birchdale is located deep in the wilderness near Kemptville in southwestern Nova Scotia. It began as a hunting/fishing lodge and then was used as a monastery for some years. It's now a privately-owned retreat for artists, yoga practitioners and others.

What a beautiful area - always wanted to visit Nova Scotia - maybe when/if the gas nonsense gets better I'll make that drive North. Enjoyed seeing this Kemptville area thru your eyes.
