I always try and imagine the USA landscape the way one of the first European explorers might have experienced seeing it for the first time. I don't know if they had many brain cells left for appreciation of beauty since - it took so many to focus on surviving the elements and procuring food ? <> Stunning scenes ! ! ! Boy! I'm GLAD your other album got POTD, so I could see THIS ONE! I can't believe that noone else has seen these and commented on how awesome the pics are. I wasn't able to make it to Mona Lake the time I went to Yosemite, and regret that. One day I'd like to see Mona Lake too! It's so unique!
