Und die Jean und ich noch viel lieber verspeisen!!! lol Nicht weit von hier, an der Broye wachsen sie wenn die Wettrverhaeltnisse stimmen. Leider war das in diesm Jahr nicht der Fall. Zu trocken! How lucky you are to have these morels growing near you. We don't have them out here in the desert. I remember finding one in the woods when I was growing up in northern Virginia, though. I'm always interested in edible wild foods.

Ein sehr interessantes Pilz-Album! Wir hatten früher sehr viele Arten gesammelt und gekocht, nun nur noch selten seit die Kinder nicht mehr zu Hause und seit mein Magen beim Essen nicht mehr mitmacht... :-( Aber mit den Augen mache ich gerne mit in deinem schoenen Album! Herzlich Kaethi

How great is that! Thanks for the dedication. Wonderful morels. Looks like you sure got it right about the cooking. Also a neat 'how to' album. Love the jacks also. I was just given two green dragons that I look forward to seeing as they settle in. I always thought they were like jack in the pulpits, but leaves are entirely different.
