Album Description:
1/19/09 - The best time to see Crater Lake, in my view, is the winter time. We did a short trip to the saddle below The Watchman

Well I certainly enjoyed this trip. Fabulous views, marvellous sky colour, great shots. I believe that snow-shoeing (like cross country skiing) can be pretty hard on the legs? Despite that I can see why you would make a trip like this. It makes me wish that I had done this when I was younger and in better shape than I am now..LOL. Thanks for taking us along with you, it was fun.
