Wow, you have some really interesting photos here. I love trees. Thank you for visiting my Ginkgo tree photo and leaving a message. You wrote, "Ginkgos are lovely trees & very usefull, you have captured a very etheral look to this one." We have 4 Ginkgo trees in our yard and have grown some from seed which we have shared with relatives and neighbors. Almost no one has ever heard of them. They are so wonderful and beautiful and very long lived, but slow growing. Everyone is in such a hurry. The tree in my photo is about 35-40 years old and still growing, way over the top of the house. Hi Eric, first of all congratulations on having a new grandson!!!!! What could be better in life!? - In this album I see the high society of trees from all over the world, even from all your collections. It sure is a very impressive piece of work and is a piece of art. YOUR trees definitely become human, or maybe better: humans become sometimes similar to trees? :-) It was a pleasure to look at them, and it did it with a smile and enjoyed every single view. – Also thanks for your comments on my challenge entries and my Anemone album and last of all thanks for having a look at my POTD. Hi Eric. A great collection of trees. When did your interest and passion towards them begin? I wouldn't be surprises to hear as far back as when you were a child. Thought I would have come across a Redwood, or did I miss it. Have a great week. Jayne
