Since this wonderful valley is north of Truckee, rather than south - where Lake Tahoe is - it is relatively unknown. But from this developed vista point along Highway 49/89, one can behold the wide open view that it affords. Now, many mountain bikers have become familiar with Sierra Valley, since more and more races and events are held there. Thank you for looking, and go find it!
