We have both started this hobby just a few months ago, starting off with Kodak and Canon compacts, we have now just upgraded to Minalta Digital Slr's. Nice waterfalls pictures. There are some great pictures in your collection where you have captured the "flow" of the waterfalls. I also am a fan of waterfall photography and have to admit that I never thought of NC/SC as being a mecca for them.
