Jenny, I love your great photographs of barns, one of my favorite topics of interest. I especially find the diagonal patterns of the wood siding to be very unusual. They make me want to visit your area for a closer look. I have photographed a wide range of barn styles in my Webshots albums including round and polygonal ones, but I have not seen any exactly like these of yours yet. Thanks for sharing, and keep up the great work. I truely believe that wooden barns are part of this country's heritage, and they are disappearing rapidly from the scene. For this reason, I think that it is very important to record these magnificent structures while we still have them around. Thanks for adding to the historical record for all of us. Jenny. Thanks, so much, for viewing my albums and the kind comments in the guestbooks. By all means; if you ever get to Oregon, you HAVE to see Midred's old farm. It's absolutely the coolest park I've ever seen. She must have been quite a lady. Your barn album is great. These old things are disappearing so fast. Makes me sad. America will never be the same without them, and most people don't even notice. Thanks for noticing. Bill, in Oregon.
