Hi Jane! Thanks for the sweet comments on my newest additions in the Petals of the Season album. There really aren't too many Autumn flowers except for the mums, but at least the frost hadn't hurt some of the late blooming flowers of summer! :-)) I have always loved this album and I especially enjoy the bird photos. Do you still have lots of doves around or do they disappear during the cooler months? I think our yellow finches must head a little further south in the colder months; there are fewer at the thistle sock these days! Lots of hugs and love, Sharon

Ah, come on Jane! You have a double Rose-of-Sharon??!!! How many of those plants do you have? I'm way jealous. I only have one! I would love to have a whole fence row of them; they brighten up the hot summer months with their beauty and I can see that you get to enjoy so many beauties out there. I love your Cherry Parfait (did I spell that right?) rose also. The finches are so special. Hi Jane! You are playing tricks on me again!!! Are the new ones the Lemon with the Chocolate Drops and Mutant Spot? They're all so beautiful, but I love the yellow lily and Katy's Ladybug! Katy is really getting good with the photos, also. I was looking for new pics from your little trip yesterday, but didn't see any new albums!!!! Bob's pics are finally getting back on WS from making the new album. The new album will be on the Community pages tomorrow for the first time. Well, I've gotta go to the doctor and give him a rough time! :-))) Would you believe that 3 guestbook entries have made it through to Bob from WS or AOL over the email, but they were several hours after they appeared in the guestbook on WS. Jane, They've got the "My Public Community Pages" messed up right now. Bob could see his hit count tonight, but when he tries to go to "My Public Community Pages" it comes up with some silly message! A lot of the photos in all of our albums are white blanks with little red x's in a box in the upper left hand corner. They're probably just playing around again at WS like they do everyday! Maybe we will be able to upload photos, put pics on eBay, and buy accessories for our cameras all at the same time. You just never know what will be next. LOL :-))) By the way, the album is gorgeous. Jane, I was looking "Behind the Tree" for a bird and then realized (I hope) that I was supposed to be seeing the beautiful daffodils! :-))) You can tell how bright I am today!!!!! Our Rhododendron is still not blooming, but it probably won't be too long before it does! I love the Turtledoves especially when they coo! Keep snapping pics with your tele! Hugs! Sharon

Jane, Jane! Now you are showing off your Rhododendron. I can't even spell that plant, but ours isn't blooming yet! What a brilliant red color. Wouldn't a Cardinal be lovely sitting in that Rhododendron? I don't have a new bird album. I just put the Chickadee in my private user name album and then managed to get it through by eCard! Wasn't that clever??? :-)))) We planted the roses this afternoon and I trimmed more of the bushes and uncovered the mulch. I have about 35 rose bushes and each year it takes me longer to do all this work. I am soooo sore and have little holes poked in my arms and legs from the thorns! :-(((( Bob also was kind enough to move some hosta plants to a spot where they can get more shade. He's tired and I'm tired, so the St. Louis Cardinals are on TV tonight and we can relax to that. They'd better get their act together and start winning a few games! If you haven't checked yet, Barbara has a few new pics on Webshots! Thanks for you kind comments at the birdie photo, but yours is just as good as mine and you even decorate your pics up with pretty borders. I don't know how to do that!!!! Maybe someday when Bob quits pigging the Dummies Book I can learn how to do those neat little tricks! Hugs for everyone! Sharon

Hi Jane! I was working in the back with my roses and heard birds singing, so when I took a break I grabbed my camera and took about 4 photos of birds in the neighbor's tree. When I brought the camera back in, Bob got really excited because one of the birds was a Chickadee and they are eyeballing our wren house for a possible home. I just thought I was taking a pic of a sparrow. Wonders never cease!! :-))) Hugs! Sharon
