A lot of really great photos in this album. I like that you id your shrubs and trees because they do not grow up here in Michigan. Maybe its a case of greener grass but it seems that flora is so much prettier in the south. - Very best regards, DeeAnne :)

I like your work, and have enjoyed going through you albums. Looking at how other photographers work has given me great inspiration and many new ideas. Thanks for sharing. Bernard from New Zealand

Hi there, thank you so much for this album! Since many years I tried to find out what the name of the trees around my building is. With your help and 2 more Webshots friend I found it out at last. They are Yellow Poinciana. In your album I found lots of other trees from my area. I love trees - but I did not grow up here. Now I know a l l the names! And now at last I can finish that album I made out of Yellow Poinciana only! Galit from Israel

My father had sea grape trees (bushes?) in his back yard in Coral Springs, Fl. Do you know the plant? It has large, pie-faced leaves (3 1/2 to 5 1/2 inches) that turn from green to varying shades of gold, orange/ red in Nov/ Dec when they fall. I would love a photo, since the plant is not said to survive here. Thanks. BTW, they are abundant on the northern side of Ft. Lauderdale at one of the State Parks, though I do not remember which one. They are said to be an invasive plant. The trunks remind me of bony crape myrtles.
