I enjoyed your photos of the Minneopa State Park very much. I was up and toured much of Minnesota in 2002, and had a pass to the Minnesota State Parks, but missed this one, and I did not know there was a State Park that close to my home town of St. Peter, as I thought they were all to the north, and another reason is that I have pictures of my grandfather, taken at Minneopa Park, so that must be the park he and his family were at, as I was told by my mother that he had rented and farmed 3 different farms in the Medelia, Walnut Grove and Windom area, before he got married. I hope I can get up there soon and get to visit this park. Are there any more sites of this park. You may be interested in viewing my photo albums, I have a few, which includes all of the Florida State Parks, in the Northwest Panhandle of Florida, as well as the National Seashore and a couple other Nationa Parks, and other photo albums. Hello, I really enjoyed the pictures of Minneopa. If anyone wants to know some historical background of the falls area my URL is www.mnriv.com . From there use the Minneopa link. The purpose of my site is to interest people in the Minnesota Valley area. Therefore I included a link to the set of Minneopa pics here. Thanks Again -Riff Mankato, Minn
