As part of our continued conditioning and preparation for our August John MUir Trail Tru Hike. JDSmiling and I hit the trail hoping to get to Sam Mack Meadow and possibly the Palisades Glacier.

  • I am enjoying the tour. I especially appreciate your comments on the trip. I wish more people would do the same. The blue flower is indeed a lupin. We call them bluebonnets in Texas. They are tall and leggy in the Big Bend NP area in the spring. Ann
