Gidday Steve! This albums is an absolute delight. "Cockie love" is incredibly adorable. "King parrot" and "BBQ cleaning" are dazzling. "Waiting to be fed" is so cute. All the photos of birds in flight are just brilliant. In short, all your pictures captures the majestic beauty of these birds. I am really glad I've found your albums. I won't be viewing them all at once (after all, I have to work), but I'm surely going to view them all. Looks like it's going to be a wonderful tour of Australia. Greetings from Israel, Orly

Hi Steve! Just enjoyed this beautiful album and your wonderful shots of colourful Australian Birds. Your comments are good too -- had to laugh at 'The Landing Gear'. Loved the beautiful reflections of the Water Hen -- great work! Best wishes.. Gladys.

Hi Steve, quite an amazing collection of photos. I wonder how hard it is to photograph birds- so flighty and quick- but you do make it look easy. I wanted to ask you about using your picture of kookaburras, titled 'Waiting to be fed', in a Science textbook for Year 7 Australian children. My email address is karly.abery@pearsoned.com .au and i'd love to hear from you about this. All the best, Karly

Steve, I am still seriously impressed with your photos. I think the one you can't identify, #37, is a Snipe, probably Latham's or Chinese. Lovely to see the black cockies are back. They were regular visitors when I lived in Vic, but they disappeared after the Ash Wednesday bush fires. I really missed them - they always told me when to bring in the washing! Looking forward to seeing more of your excellent work. Now in WA, Maureen

Hi Steve, real nice pixs in your bird album...I'm thinking you either have a lot of patience or the birds strike a pose each time a photographer makes the scene. Which is it??? I've download a couple here, one called "Watching&qu ot; and another called "Peep". I've enjoyed your site and will be checking back in the future for more of your work. Enjoy your day and keep smiling. Your pictures are outstanding. Ron/Oregon Coast

Beautifull photo's. Magic, particularly the autralian birds. How is it posible to make them as sharp and close by as you did, without startle them. I see forward to the next ones. Avion, the Netherlands, Europe
