I have finally made my way to your site here and am very impressed with your talent as a photographer. You're close-ups of plants, etc. are lovely. You see things most people walk right by, or on. Thanks for sharing! mary

I think we have some things in common photgraphicaly speaking. I love taking shots of the smaller things in the woods and trout streams. I try to take the camera when I fly fish or go boating or just walking in the forest. I left a message in another of your albums. and hope to hear from you soon. My name by the way is Chris .

Thanks James for signing my guestbook and your invitation to view your pages. I am impressed with your photography expertise. I love the outdoors pics. You have some from Minnesota. My wifes brother lives in Apple Valley and has a cabin at Lady Smith, Wisconsin. One January we took our vacation there and was delighted to find 3 feet of snow still on the ground. dale0789@sbcglobal.net

Hi, Thanks for signing my guestbook ... and invitation to your albums. I like them very much ... especially the Glenmary Wonder. The compositions are excellent and I can also see good "layering&qu ot;. I really enjoyed them all. One minor thing, though,is that I've noticed the color of some of the photos seem to be "bleached&qu ot; out. Are most of them taken in the middle of the day? Do you use any filters? You might want to try decrease the exposure time/or adjust the light compensation. Sometimes, photoshop can help too. I thought your photos will look significantly better if add some richness to it. Anyway, just my thought. I am new to the webshots and hope my comments do not offend you. I do love your photos!

Thanks for your comments! I put the photos up mostly for my family so they can see the kids grow. Your albums are beautiful! We have a lot of fossils up here in Topanga, CA so was pleasantly surprised to see fossils in your first album. If you like my pics of MT check out my mom's. Her link is on my site (I think MFranchmontana). I need to go through and put names to my pics, too lazy -- or busy I guess. Holli

Hi James, thanks for the nice comments about mine. I'm new at this and don't know where or how to view my albums in the community pages, but I really enjoyed your pics. I had family in Kentucky at one time and lived there in the 50's. Your photos are great, thanks. Michael

Hello, sorry that since I am quite new with webshot, I only found out today that you have left me a message on 9/5. I just had a quick look at your album, seems like you love nature a lot. Just read a sentence by Frank Gaines "One who sees the invisible can do the impossible." Share with you. In fact I think you do read the very trivial things in nature. You are welcome to visit my album from time to time. I have some updates as well. Alicia/TW

I have just finished viewing all of your albums. I think you are very talented, and I think I'd rather be there than here in the desert! You are surrounded by beauty, and I want to thank you for sharing it with everyone on Webshots. I've added you as a favorite, so I will be back! Gina

lookingon, I viewed your photos and they are very lovely! I was born in Kent, England, and have lived here in the US for 20 years. I have a great love for trees and forests! Glenmary should have been a set for Lord of the rings! I find it a very enchanting place! I am glad that you liked my pictures :0)!

"one may be litte" and "I got some shade". Great. I enjoyed them all. The steam pics are so peaceful and cool. Let's see more of Kentucky. Thank you for looking at my work in progress, "Rochester, Minnesota" I should be done with it in about 3 years. There will probably be about 3 albums. Maybe I can edit it down to 2. Lived there for 62 years, so know it well. Take care Sharon swilsieschultz@direcway.c om
