Hi Lynn, you and I seem to have a similar taste. I enjoyed this awesome collection very much, although I've seen many of the photos before in your other albums. Then again, you have many marvelous photos not included in this album, and I understand why your favorites change constantly... As for your wonderful comments on my Hug Elad album, thank you so much for them. Yes, I hike with this large group of people, and our hiking season is just about to begin (summer is not very pleasant for hiking in Israel). I would like to thank you for a wonderful example of a cumulonimbus Cloud.(Thunderhead) My son (age 9, 4th grade) chose it to represent the Cumulonimbus Cloud for his school project. Hi Lynn, I just read your "philosophising& quot; from the other day and I couldn't agree with you more. As for the forest, it's still a dream for me, because I have been living in the desert most of my life. But I agree that very often people overlook beauty under their nose while sometimes go half a world away to look for beauty elsewhere. I started to look around me only recently and it's wonderful. I know what you mean about wanting to get out and go places; I'm trying to convince Bob to take a trip to Florida in February or early March. My work is not really work. I'm a Phd student in computer science. Some periods are busier than others but it's okay. Hi Lynn, How are you? I get email notices whenever I have a guestbook entry. If you don't get such notices, you can change your defaults through "My account" (top right). Anyway, I also like seeing the whole guestbook at once. I even save backups of the messages because some of them are very important for me. I too don't like the new layout of Webshots and even wrote them about it (with no reply yet, it seems they are busy and having some problems lately). But there are good news: It turns out that you can still access your entire guestbook. At the top of this guestbook you should have a link saying "View entries for all albums here." Just click it! And I hope they change site back anyway. I also enjoyed having "my favorite members" page accessible at any time. Bye! Orly

Just read your guestbook entry in one of today's featured albums, and having been to the Canadian Rockies 4 times, I can tell you that how much time you need to take depends upon whether or not you are hikers. If you are then the amount of time it will take to see everything is nearly endless. If you are just driving to the scenery then I would allow at least 3 or 4 days. Check out all my Canadian Rockies albums to get a well rounded look at what there is to see in the area. Jon

Lynn, you have captured the mystical morning splender of color, light, and mist in your "Beautiful Sunrise in Sequoia National Park". This is one of my favorite photos and brings back many memories of special mornings. I wouldn't be surprised to see this in National Geographic. Hi lynn. I thought I'd check out your favorites and see if I could work out what you like best. You do have good taste let me tell you. I love all the sunset shots, which won't come as a surprise to anyone who knows me. Number 36 "Cloud over June Lake Mountains" is so dramatic. The fields of wildflowers are just so beautiful. I jotted down 39 "Lancaster poppies" but can't remember what made it better than some of the others. I know I downloaded number 48 "Lake Elizabeth Valley". THat is a gorgeous view and I love it. Number 68 "Walk on the wildside" got to the animal lover in me. The ducklings (not chickens) are so cute that I downloaded them too.You also have some stunning hibiscus on the last page. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting this album and I'll be back soon to see more. Thanks for sharing mate. Hugs my friend Al.
