Hi Jill, just a quick stop today to thank you very much for speaking up in support the other day. I have really been so upset about this..I was hoping more people would speak up because I know they feel the same way, but Anne went to a new thread immediately. I guess that was a failure to kinda to get people to rally together. I'm still frustrated but at least some of her response has given me a little more hope! Thanks a bunch! Please delete this after reading it! Have a great weekend, Marita

Hello Jill, thank you for your comments in my GB for today's featured album. This is my first feature and I am honored, excited and a bit overwhelmed by the response. You know how that is, having had a featured album (or several) yourself. BTW - regarding Carrick-a-Rede bridge: Nope, I couldn't turn loose to take a picture looking down into the chasm. The wind was howling; the bridge was leaning precariously to the left; there were support strands missing and I just couldn't make myself turn loose to get the "straight down" picture. I understand the the bridge is now much improved so maybe next time. Thanks again. Bill - Texas

Hi Jill,a wonderful mountaineering album, you captured some breathtaking scenery in this beauty and from such wonderful viewpoints,15,16,18 and 20 were my favourites but all were beautifully captured. Thank-you for sharing them and for your kind comment in my featured album yesterday,I'm sure you'll get quite a number like these in Scotland,Regards,Rod.

I can't understand why there is such a gap between Ray in February and me now. This album is just magic (like all of your albums) and I am getting through them at the rate of one or two a week. They say that a picture tells a thousand words and yours certainly do that. Many thanks for the URLs for the Lakeland sites and I have saved them all, having been through most of them already. I like the links to Cornwall, too, because that was always another of our favourite places and I have put a few pics in Webshots of our holiday there in 97 - wish we had a digital camera then though!! Merry Christmas to you and your family - I think it is great that the boys go with you on these walks and long may they continue to do so. Peter in Western Australia

Hi, The photos are great, I am so pleased to be the first to write in your Guest page. This brings back so many memories, of when I used to climb this mountains in my youth. Wonderful times. Thanks for sharing. Ray. (UK) Blackpool.
