  • Thank you for sharing a wonderful tribute to the buildings and the people who lost so much there. We will never forget. Wonderful view.

  • A sad and a lovly picture, at the same time. The world will never be the same again. But it only makes the picture better. Thanks for sharing.

  • I'm not sure that our nation will ever fully recover from the loss of these towers? How can one look at the New York City Skyline now and not miss these two beautiful towers aglow with their beauty? I know that life has change with it inherantly. But it's not just beauty that we lost here, but around 3,000 lives; and a part of our civilization that just doesn't seem like it can be put back together again. Although I am not from New York City I do feel a very deep loss when I look at the skyline now and don't see those two towers that were in countless movies and shows. Thank you. MGM.

  • The towers and their reflection are almost ghostlike in the sun...powerful. Thanks for sharing.

  • This photo is so beautiful it reminds me of the time I was having dinner at the Charthouse in New Jersey and looking over at the New York skyline and seeing these towers representing the Empire State. It's sad to realize how they were destroyed but it's something we as Americans can all relate too!!
