Cette maison fut batie en 1549 par Francisco Montejo, gouverneur du Yuactan, avec des pierres d'un temple maya. Elle fut occupee par les descendants de Montejo jusqu'en 1980 et depuis, elle abrite une grande banque./ Tento starobyly dum byl postaven v r.1549 Franciscem de Montejo, guvernerem Ycatanu. Na jeho stavbu byly pouzity kameny z jednoho z mayskych chramu. Dum byl obyvan primymi potomky Moteja az do roku 1980, od tohoto data je dum sidlem jedne velke banky.
