The name Natural Bridge comes from a waterfall at Cave Creek where the water disappears down a huge hole in the ground to emerge from a cavern and under a naturally formed rock bridge. Dense rainforest surrounds you and to the east are the sandstone cliffs of the Springbrook plateau. A special feature of the cavern where the water disappears is the large glow worm colony that live inside it.
