Absolutely beautiful. Tell me you picked up the shell and kept it. How big is it? I would have grabbed it in a heartbeat and displayed it for all to see. Your album up to here is wonderful and I have added a number of shots to my screensaver! Not often you see one of these lying about on our beaches anymore! And I don't suppose it's legal anymore to pick them up and tuck them away, katz1tga:-) I've got to confess I souvenired a lovely (smaller version) one like this about 50 years ago on one of our beautiful beaches around Mackay, Qld. Au. They make great darning tools:-) cheers. Margaret downunder.
