My property is next door to dolarog beach resort. I don't go there anymore and am willing to sell my property for the right price. It's only 6,403 sqm. and it has a clean title to my name. My wife and I were doing a little research on the web and found your wonderful pictures and had some questions if you don't mind. We are in the process of buying some beach front property that looks very similar to the picture here. We are running into some problems from the sellers end, they cannot provide us with proof of ownership, only tax receipts. Since you mentioned you sold this property in the picture, we were wondering if you could give us suggestions or ideas on how you managed to get it all done properly. I have included the legal description of the property we are looking at, could you take a look and see if this is the same as yours or nearby. I want to make sure we are not being taken by the sellers we are dealing with. That the SELLER is the owner of a parcel of unregistered land consisting of one (1) hectare, situated at Barangay Corongcorong, El Nido Palawan, denominated as Assessor’s Lot No. 004, Block 10 and defined by the following boundaries, viz.: on the North, by assessor’s Lot No. 003; on the South by Assessor’s Lot Nos. 001, Sec. 04 and 007; on the East, by Assessor’s Lot No. 001, Sec. 04; and on the West by Assessor’s Lot No. 001; Any help or information on your procedures would be greatly appreciated.
