Lovely picture of the Cott.spent many a thursday aft'noon in teevning in thar me buddy.payday when I was working in the woods at Dartington. Just a footnote as well as being one of the oldest licensed premises it has allegedly one of the longest thatches too, which was all but destroyed by fire in the 80's and apparently the landlord still opened the bar that same evening! Imagine that today the health and safety brigade would be up in arms. nice capture. thanks for the memories
