For me, it tugs at something deep inside - perhaps, happy memories, half hidden, of picnics beside a creek at Carmila, Qld.! There is also another interesting grist mill in West Sudbury, Ma. across from the Wayside Inn, that is also very photographed in New England during fall. There is a natural pool on one side of that mill that will give you a nice reflection. It's located off Rte. 20. Go to Mapquest for more specific directions before you go. Very shady spot, so you'll need a tripod or flash(not recommended for pool shot). Good luck!

There is a similiar photo by Mike Briner that I downloaded a few years ago. His colors are little past peak as evidenced by the leaves on the rock in the front left center of the waterwheel. His shot is just a little sharper in the foreground rocks. Both photos are good; similiar but different. I got them downloaded side by side and like both. Reusit8u's tree colors have a Monet touch. Good job. The only improvement I would suggest is to use a tripod and a cable release or electronic remote switch(if you have digital) to get it more sharp.
