Thursday, March 25, 2004. Chris & Dean relaxing in Lonesome Lake Hut. This is our last morning at the hut before we depart. It is a damp and dismal day. Other than hiking out to our cars, we have no serious hiking planned for today due to the lousy weather. Back on Tuesday morning after a long helicopter search the couple was spotted and rescued. Remember, we heard the helicopter overhead (see photo 5).
