Foxeylady probably realised that bird would not have minded one of your eyes for desert!! Southern Africa boasts this one (u can't see this here, but it has orange legs,is grey and white (almost blue!) with a short white tail - BLOU VALK (blue falcon/kite in Afrikaans)- Elanus Caerulius - AND the BLACK KITE (56 cm. long against the 33cm Bl.Sh.Kite) Good aggressive photo!
