Here is Frank Bouton at the John Robb Shelter. Frank was an outdoorsman who grew up and loved the Catskills and was loved by all. He has since passed on and a memorial to him is only fitting. The Frank Bouton Memorial Shelter on Table Mountain was built as a tribute to this gentleman. I was glad that I had the opportunity to help in the building of that lean-to.
