LOVE it!!! I have to tell you a funny story. When we were in England, we visited Cambridge. I think it was Cambridge? Anyway, there we were on the common area and my Dear Hubby ... who is the Don of all things Lawn ... was in amazement over the beautiful green. He asked our guide a technical question or two about the grass and the woman looked over at him and said ... "Well, you water it and fertilize it and roll it for 700 years ... and this is what you get." SOOOOOO DROLL!!!! We still have to laugh over that one!!!

...now I know first hand WHY its sooo green, Eric, its all that wonderful rain :D....Love the symmetric patterns, we had a neighbor once who would do diamonds and I must say I loved it!
