Album Info:

Known for black pearl cultivation, Kabira Bay is Ishigaki Island's most scenic spot In this northwest coastal arm of the sea, 9 small islands are spattered in the entrance of the bay. In the serene blue of the sea and white sand beach, these small islands form a scenery said to be Ishigaki Island's most beautiful spot. While the tide there is fast, thus forbidding swimming, glass boats allow underwater sightseeing. Black pearls have been cultivated in the bay since the Taisho Period (1912-1926)
