The Safford Notch Trail thru the boulder cave. Note the blue marker on the tree. On this hike we met an amazingly 18 other hikers on this nasty day. We climbed a total aggregate 4,280 feet. The temperature for the most part was in the 60s but closer to 50 on top of Avery Peak.
