Thursday, August 26, 2010. This is the first of a pair of hikes that took place extending from VT 73 to US 4. This the most southern hike of LT IV took us on the Long Trail from the New Boston Trail Jct. to US 4 at Sherburne Pass. We also followed the New Boston Trail up to the LT as an access trail. In this photo we did not have room for everyone so here you see Chris walking along Forest Road 99 to get to the New Boston Trailhead.
