After reading a chapter from the holy TORAH, Omer is walking with book around the synagogue and all the people are stoping him to kiss the book. Every Torah book was writen on leather paper, ( forms of parchment) and was writen by a special man in hand writing. According to Jewish law, a sefer Torah is a copy of the formal Hebrew text of the five books of Moses . A sefer ( book) Torah contains 304,805 letters, all of which must be duplicated precisely by a trained scriber, an effort which make take as long as a one and a half year.
