At the eastern lookout, Tony was photographing Elena & I and appearing in front of us (when facing the woods away from the viewpoint)was this hanging conglomeration of worn out underwear and other junk. It certainly was odd and out of place hanging from a tree like some kind of monument. This photo was taken of it.
