15 May 2007 - Magee Marsh Wildlife Area, Ohio This Northern Parula was showing well at the entrance to the boardwalk. I think this is one of the most mispronounced bird names in North America. It should be "PAR-you-lah." See: http://www.birds.cornell.edu/cro ws/birdname.htm
