Mt. Clay, cog railway, Ammonoosuc Ravine & Lakes of the Clouds Hut. August 8, 2000. The weather this year on the hike was cloudy at the start with a temperature in the 50s. It cleared up later in the morning and became a hot, hazy and humid day as we progressed and the temperature reached well into the 80s.
