In between we had to climb over Sandwich Dome which was 3993 feet and had a seven foot cairn on top which the builders of it tried to claim was part of the mountain to make it a 4,000 footer. The weather for this final day was sunny, hot and humid and made us sweaty and yucky in no time as we climbed this last peak.
