Peggy decided to jump ship and returned back with the smaller group as she wanted to be challenged with a walk on the wildside, trek through Nebraska Notch via the Clara Bow Trail. Meanwhile the larger group descended the Lake Mansfield Trail. This is our access route for returning to Taylor Lodge for our continuing journey south on the Long Trail. So our group only uses this trail for access once.
